A individual accused with stalking Kate McCann apparently left her a recorded message which asked: "suppose I am Madeleine?"

Julia Wandelt, twenty-four, who court testimony revealed has consistently asserted she was the missing Madeleine McCann, and her co-defendant are facing charges accused with pursuing Kate and Gerry McCann between June 2022 and February the current year.

While one recording of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's answerphone expressed: "What if there is a small chance that I am she? What happens next? Wouldn't that be crucial for you?"

"I am not seeking money, I have a existence here in Poland, I only wish to understand," the message continued.

The tribunal was advised that by means of electronic messages, text messages and phone calls, Ms Wandelt asked for a biological test, transmitted youth pictures to her phone in a effort to display a resemblance to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and asserted to have "memories" from a early life with the McCanns.

Robert Jones, a data specialist with Leicestershire Police who collated the information, advised the court there "seemed to lack any replies" from Mrs McCann.

On 9 October 2024, Gerry McCann answered a phone call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "incorrect contact information."

During that incident Ms Wandelt left a voicemail on Mrs McCann's recording saying "I will persist and I will prove my claim."

The court learned the co-defendant established a connection via internet with Ms Wandelt preceding joining her on a trip to the McCanns' home in that area in December 2024.

Communication data demonstrated Mrs Spragg had communicated using communication app to Mrs McCann to state the news outlets had characterized Ms Wandelt as "emotionally disturbed" but that she should be taken seriously in the period preceding the trip to the village, the county, in December 2024.
