Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Japanese-Inspired Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
